Why do I think Camera RAW is the file format to select when making photographs? Well this should explain, but it boils down to HOW THE PHOTOGRAPH LOOKS!!! It also lets us be more flexible and non-destructive with making edits. Look, I want my images to look a certain way (this is a visual medium after all) and RAW files give me the flexibility to interpret the data of my digital file in a more complex and robust way. A JPG just can't match it in terms of flexibility.
ALSO IT LOOKS WAY MORE RICH AND COMPLEX AND DETAILED AND THE COLOR.......
